Bristol Airport prepares for new Lufthansa servicesBristol International Airport passengers will soon be able to benefit from flights to Frankfurt.

The airport is currently preparing for the launch of Lufthansa services on March 31st 2008, which will see flights departing three times a day to Germany's financial centre.

In addition, the service will provide Bristol flyers with access to onward connections to destinations across Germany, Europe and the world.

Alison Roberts, terminal general manager at Bristol International Airport, commented: "A full service scheduled airline like Lufthansa prides itself on its great customer service and high-quality product.

"We are working hard to make sure we are ready to help deliver both to the thousands of customers who will be flying to Frankfurt in less than a fortnight's time."

Lufthansa is offering a range of special fares on many of its flights to mark the launch of the news service, including return fares to Prague from £165 on economy class seats.
