Ryanair.com to 'temporarily shut for maintenance'
Cheap carrier Ryanair has warned passengers travelling on Thursday (June 25th) to check-in online before 18:00 GMT tomorrow ahead of a temporary website closure.
The airline, which operates flights from several UK hubs including Aberdeen, Birmingham and East Midlands, will shut Ryanair.com for essential maintenance until 05:00 GMT on Thursday.
Ryanair's Stephen McNamara said: "We wish to again urge web check-in passengers (who are due to travel on Thursday) that they must check-in and print off their boarding card on Ryanair.com before 18:00 GMT on Wednesday June 24th."
The airline boss apologised for any inconvenience caused by the shut-down.
It was recently announced that the operator will begin charging passengers to use in-flight toilets.
Managing director Michael O'Leary commented that the £1 levy could be brought in within two years, adding that the carrier could also cut the number of toilets on its Boeing aircrafts from three to one.
