BA announces winter schedule

British Airways (BA) has announced additional flights from Gatwick Airport as part of its winter schedule.
The carrier has revealed that it will up the number of services to Bermuda, Barbados, St Lucia and the Port of Spain from November.
On top of this, the airline will launch previously-announced new routes from Gatwick to Las Vegas, Montego Bay in Jamaica, Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Innsbruck in Austria and Male in the Maldives.
BA's Richard Tams commented: "We have some exciting new routes in our winter schedule and extra services to popular sun spots like the Caribbean.
"With our all-inclusive competitive fares including complimentary check-in, baggage allowance and refreshments on board, there has never been a better time to fly."
The carrier will also increase the frequency of services from Heathrow Airport to Barcelona and Prague.
Futhermore, it will also begin flights from London City Airport to New York, its first transatlantic route from the travel hub.
