Bmi announces new East Midlands winter route

Low cost airline Bmi has announced that it will begin a new route from East Midlands Airport this winter.
Starting on December 4th, the airline will offer a service to Prague on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with increased frequency over the Christmas holidays.
Bmibaby commercial director Julian Carr said: "We are pleased to announce the start of a new route from East Midlands Airport to Prague. The new service will be launched in time for people to visit the beautiful Christmas markets that take place in the city during December."
Mr Carr added that the operator now runs 16 routes from East Midlands Airport.
Rival airline Ryanair launched two new flights to Spain from the Midlands air hub on Wednesday (July 1st).
The new services will link the Castle Donington facility with Reus Airport in Barcelona and Palma, This is Nottingham reports.
Flights to Rimini will also be restarted, the carrier has announced.
