Ryanair announces Bristol to Malaga link
18/08/2009
Ryanair has announced a new route from Bristol International Airport to Malaga.
Starting in October, the new service will allow passengers to jet off to Costa Del Sol resorts such as Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The announcement follows recent news that the airline will begin flights from Bristol International Airport to Arrecife in Lanzarote, Las Palmas in Gran Canaria and Tenerife South this October.
Flights to Malaga will run on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from October 26th.
Meanwhile, Ryanair announced yesterday (August 17th) that it will close or relocate nine of its ten Manchester Airport routes this year.
Speaking on behalf of the airline, Stephen McNamara cited high airport fares at the north-west hub as a key reason for the move, which will see the loss of 44 weekly flights from November.
