Jet2 announces Blackpool summer flights

Low-cost airline Jet2 has announced its summer 2010 schedule from Blackpool Airport.
The new flights will link the north-west with Murcia, Faro, Alicante, Malaga, Majorca and Belfast.
Commenting on the announcement, Jet2 chief executive Philip Meeson said: "With the launch of our summer routes for next year, we are confident that we are offering holidaymakers in Blackpool and beyond fantastic fares to some of Europe's most popular holiday destinations.
"We want to give people in the north-west the chance to book now for some guaranteed sunshine next year."
Routes to Malaga, Alicante and Belfast will begin at the end of March, while trips to Murcia and Majorca begin in May and Faro in April.
Prices start from £19.99 for a one-way ticket.
Blackpool Airport offers flights to 20 European destinations and serves around 750,000 passengers annually, its website records.
