By Nick Jones.
A number of new winter services have been announced at London Stansted airport.
The air hub's new schedule features ten new routes from six different airlines, serving sun and ski destinations across the globe.
Blue Air will run flights to Romania and Greece for the first time, while Iceland Express restores services to Reykjavik and Turkish Airlines boasts services to Istanbul Sabihagokcen.
On top of this, easyJet is to host a bi-weekly route to Fuerteventura, while Ryanair will serve Spain and Norway and Titan will fly to France and Switzerland.
Welcoming the new services, Stansted commercial and development director Nick Barton commented: "The launch of these new routes just shows what our airline partners can do as they adapt to the changing market conditions and continue to thrive by offering the passenger what they want - value for money and improved choice."
Mr Barton continued by welcoming Snowjet to the airport for the first time.
Stansted Airport serves around 22.8 million passengers each year, boasting 160 routes to more than 30 countries.
