Loganair releases summer 2010 schedule
By Nick Jones.
Loganair, a franchise of budget airline Flybe, has announced its flight schedule for summer 2010.
The carrier is offering 300,000 reduced price seats during Easter and summer between a number of UK airports.
Services will link Dundee with Birmingham and Aberdeen with Cardiff, while routes from Belfast City and the Isle of Man will carry passengers to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
On top of this, extra weekend flights will be added to Loganair's Aberdeen to Sumburgh route, while more flights will be added to the airline's Edinburgh base.
Shetland and Orkney will also see its only direct international service to Norway run in May and August 2010.
Jonathan Hinkles, Loganair commercial director, commented: "Releasing our summer schedule now gives customers the opportunity to make their travel arrangements straight away and to benefit from the availability of our lowest fares."
The new services will operate until September 5th 2010.
Loganair reported carrying 1,000 passengers between Cardiff and Aberdeen in July, a third consecutive month of growth since the route was launched in April.
Fares between the two cities start from £59.99 one way, including tax and charges.
