Pegasus launches services to Turkey from Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester and Birmingham airportsBy James Wilson.

Pegasus Airlines has launched new flights from the UK to three destinations in Turkey, it has announced.

According to the company, the services are available to book from today (January 18th) and include routes to Dalaman, Bodrum and Antalya from London Stansted, London Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester airports.

Subject to a special one-way price of £49.99, the flights to Dalaman are expected to run on Mondays and Fridays from Manchester and Mondays, Fridays and Sundays from London Gatwick.

On top of this, direct services to Antalya will run from Manchester and Birmingham every Sunday, while the Pegasus route to Bodrum will operate from London Stansted Airport, also on Sundays.

A spokesperson for the travel firm stated: "Not only can you now fly direct to Antalya, Bodrum, Dalaman and Istanbul, but you can also connect easily to a further 18 destinations across Turkey via Istanbul.

"Being outside the Euro-zone, Turkey also offers fantastic value and variety for holidaymakers."

Pegasus Airlines was launched in 1990 and hopes to expand its fleet size from 24 to 41 aircraft in the coming three years.
