Robbie Keane flies into Prestwick Airport for Celtic loan deal

Football player Robbie Keane landed at Glasgow Prestwick Airport on Monday (February 1st) to join local club Celtic.
The striker, who is also captain of the Irish national team, flew in to the airport in a private jet to sign a deal that sees him on loan from London team Tottenham Hotspur until the end of the season.
Mr Keane travelled to the team's Celtic Park stadium to confirm the loan, where he was greeted by a crowd of thousands of enthusiast supporters.
He commented: "It's overwhelming, an incredible reception."
The player will reportedly be payed £65,000 per week during his spell at the Ayrshire club before returning to Tottenham.
In related news, air traffic control was transferred from Manchester Airport to a new £180 million facility in Prestwick last month (January 25th).
The centre was built by semi-privatised firm Nats and will be officially opened by Princess Anne tomorrow (February 5th).
