KLM has promoted a new service with an unusual performance at Manchester Airport.
Celebrating the launch of its economy comfort zone, the carrier brought in Dutch magician Ramana to illustrate the new travel option.
Ramana performed a stunt that saw passengers sitting on invisible seats at Manchester Airport's terminal two building, designed to tie in with the airline's new Choose Your Personal Kind of Comfort advertising drive.
Its economy comfort zone affords travellers an additional 10cm of legroom, as well as enabling them to recline their seat twice as far as in a standard economy seat.
Costing between 80 (£69) and 150 for a one-way journey, the service can be ordered online via the KLM website up to 90 days before travel.
Customers who post photos of the feat on their Twitter account will be automatically entered into a prize draw and could stand a chance of winning a pair of economy comfort flights from Manchester Airport to Hong Kong.
The airport boasts an array of flights to more than 200 international destinations.
