Liverpool John Lennon Airport is set to host what may be the world's first airport 'webinar'.
Airport management will discuss development plans for the facility with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines bosses live on the internet on Tuesday (March 30th).
Individuals will be able to watch the internet broadcast and contribute questions to the discussion via email.
Neil Pakey, Peel Airports Group deputy chief executive, commented that the webcast represents a chance for customers "to pose questions to senior personnel at the airport and within the aviation industry".
"Businesses, airlines, passengers, students and others with an interest in the airport are invited to register in advance and participate in the broadcast," Mr Pakey added.
New retail and security projects will be talked through by director of facilities Steve Gill, while KLM UK and Ireland general manager Henri Hourcade will comment on the carrier's first year of operations at the airport.
The webinar will run from 15:00 GMT until 16:00 GMT.
Users can register with the airport via its website in order to be kept up to date about how to join the discussion.
