Bristol Airport summer 2011 schedule unveiled

New flights from Bristol International Airport to Europe will be launched in summer 2011, it has been reported.
According to carriers Thomas Cook and TUI, both of which released their summer 2011 schedules last week (May 7th), travellers in the south-west will have access to a wide variety of old routes, as well as several new ones.
TUI confirmed it will fly to Enfidha in Tunisia, giving passengers an easy link to the holiday regions of Port El Kantaoui and Hammamet, while Thomas Cook will begin services to Izmir in Turkey.
On top of this, flights will also operate from Bristol International Airport to Portugal, Spain, Greece, Egypt and Malta and long haul options will include Mexico, Orlando and Florida.
Shaun Browne, aviation director at Bristol Airport, said: "We welcome the addition of these exciting new destinations alongside the current programmes operated by TUI and Thomas Cook.
"Customers now have the opportunity to book early and take advantage of some great offers and deals for 2011."
TUI is based near Gatwick Airport and offers routes to a total of 180 countries across the globe.
