Low cost carrier Flybe has revealed its winter schedule for the period 2010 to 2011.

The airline states it will operate 3,214 flights per week on 143 routes, 15 of which are new for the winter season.

Ski enthusiasts could be interested in flights to Berne, Chambery, Salzburg and Geneva, while those looking for a sunny getaway could consider the carrier's services to Faro, Alicante and Malaga.

Fares begin at £21.50 one way, including tax and surcharges, while the routes are available for travel between October 31st and March 26th 2011.

Flybe chief commercial officer Mike Rutter commented: "The diversity of our winter destinations is ideal for those wanting to book affordable business travel, as well as those looking for short breaks over the autumn half term and Christmas periods."

Tickets for the new scheduled services were made available on Thursday (May 13th).

Flybe currently operates in 13 countries, offering a total of 198 routes from 38 UK airports and 32 European airports.
