What is the location of 5 Star Meet and Greet in relation to Heathrow Airport?
This service operate from the Departure area outside terminals 1-5, but your car is stored in a secure compound just 10 minutes from the airport.
Security Measures at 5 Star Meet and Greet
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. The vehicle will remain in the secure compound while you are away. The compound has Perimeter Fencing, Razor Wire, CCTV and is Manned 24 Hours a day. There is no public access to the compound.
5 Star Meet and Greet Transfer Information - Heathrow Airport Terminal
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure for 5 Star Meet and Greet
A driver will meet you outside your departure terminal. The driver will call you 30 minutes prior to your agreed meeting time to confirm your meeting point. If you are going to arrive earlier or later than agreed it is advised you call in advance.
When you get back to Heathrow Airport
Upon your return to the terminal once you have collected your luggage please call the driver on the number provided and you car will be sent to the terminal.
Additional Information about 5 Star Meet and Greet
Vans and Large Vehicles may be charged an additional fee, please call Park and Go for details. This service is ideal for disabled access. Drivers carry ID at all times.
How to get to 5 Star Meet and Greet
Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal. When you are close to the Terminal please follow the arrival procedure.

We parked at terminal 5 at heathrow. Everything seemed ok but on our return it was difficult to find 'level 4'. You must give people more specific instructions as to which elevator they should take when exiting from the arrivals section. Otherwise everything was fine

Had a very short wait for the driver both ways, but it was a friendly service and did what it said in the descripton. i would definately use the service again - especially if you keep your competative rates!

they didnt have our original booking on the outward leg of the trip, so were late in picking up the car. on the way back everything was fine and worked well.
