Security Measures
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. The vehicle will remain in the secure compound while you are away. The compound has Perimeter Fencing, Razor Wire, CCTV and is Manned 24 Hours a day. There is no public access to the compound.
Transfer Information
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure
A driver will meet you outside your departure terminal. The driver will call you 30 minutes prior to your agreed meeting time to confirm your meeting point. If you are going to arrive earlier or later than agreed it is advised you call in advance.
Return Procedure
Upon your return to the terminal once you have collected your luggage please call the driver on the number provided and you car will be sent to the terminal.
Additional Information
Vans and Large Vehicles may be charged an additional fee, please call Park and Go for details. This service is ideal for disabled access. Drivers carry ID at all times.
Driving Directions
Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal. When you are close to the Terminal please follow the arrival procedure.

I have used various different companies on the Park and Go circuit and have to say this was the best so far.
I received a call an hour before I was due to arrive and then again 20 minutes before. On arrival the guy was waiting for me. He was polite and friendly.
On my way back I called as I was going through passport control as I had no luggage and he was there waiting for me when I arrived.
Great experience would have no problem using again.

Generally very good, car return excellent. We were met literally at the same time we crossed the road to the Valet Parking booth.
