Everyhting went very smoothly without any delays or hiccups. If I have to give some constructive feedback - Only downside drivers of buses appear to drive on their brakes a lot and journey to and from airport was very rough.
If they got this right absoultely perfect.

Parked for 1 week the check-in was quick and smooth as was the transfer. Returned at 3am and it was equally efficient and prompt. Totally recommend and will use again.

Repeat business albeit it was a couple of years ago. Operation was good before, but has moved with the times. Quicker slicker and more efficient. Congratulations!
Drivers and office staff helpful and friendly.
Would use every time for Gatwick parking.

Very efficient parking service and didn't have to wait long for airport transfers even though we flew back at 11pm. Toilets at parking office were clean. My only minor complaint was a slightly off hand response from the receptionist to a question. I guess we all have our off days when under pressure.

Long wait to book the car in. Dropped off by the transfer bus about 1/4 mile from the departures door and same journey back from Arrivals at end of trip. No warning that the bus stop had changed and left waiting in the cold. I will not use them again!

Good service, with exception of waiting time on return journey for transport back to car park. Waiting in the cold, watching other companies coming and going, very annoying.

The customer service at Airparks Gatwick was excellent,very polite,helpful and patient in explaining the procedure.The transport to the terminal was easy and a good driver.
Just one item we found a problem, the directions given were not so easy to follow as it was a dark wet morning,and we found ourselves going around in circles.There should be more visible signs directing to AIRPARKS. We didnt find a sign showing AIRPARKS until we were in sight of the runway and a plane coming into land.
