so easy just arrive, park ,go to office give name and car number, get in bus to airport very quick service .

I found this service to be excellent and great value for money.
Considering I was travelling on Good Friday and Easter Monday I was prepared for long queues and waiting in lines.
I arrived and all staff were helpful quick and very efficient. I was on a bus within minutes and same happened on the way back . I picked my car up within minutes of arriving back.
I will highly recommend this company to all my friends travelling to and from LGW.

As usual generaly a good experience, but disappointed at £9 'overstay' charge due to 12 hr flight delay ie equivalent to at least £18 per 24 hour period.

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The problem was that the coach to the airport took about 20 minutes to get away, which increased our anxiety about getting our flight. The speedy service upon my return was equally efficient and professional.

Staff were friendly and process seemed to work fairly efficiently. However it was 50 mins from arriving at car park to arriving at the terminal on the way there and 45 mins on the way back.

The staff at Airparks Gatwick was, friendly and helpful. The transfer bus arrived within few minutes to take us to and from the airport. All together a pleasant experience. We will definitely use this facility again.

Easy to find. Straightforward booking in of car and transfer to airport. Only problem was contact number was wrong on paperwork.

Everything went flawless both ways.
Two side drawbacks that need to be marked - staff drivers drive customer cars inside the parking pretty reckless and the reception staff really wants to convince you to use their valet service or direct airport pick-up, which are unreasonably expensive.
