This car park is constructed to the highest levels of security, incorporating CCTV, Perimeter fencing and Barrier control into its security system. The car park is also regularly patrolled.
Airparks Gatwick Transfer Information - Gatwick Airport Terminal
Transfers to the airport run continuously 24 hours a day, all transfers are free of charge on board luxury coaches. Both terminals are approximately 7 - 10 minutes away from the car park.
Arrival Procedure for Airparks Gatwick
Follow the signs through the barrier and park your vehicle in the yellow hatched area. Make your way to reception and present your Park and Go voucher/reference number and advise the attendant as to which terminal you need to be at. Hand in your keys for tagging and you will be given a receipt. Return to your vehicle and leave your keys in the ignition. Then board the courtesy bus to the airport. We advise you allow 20 minutes for this procedure.
When you get back to Gatwick Airport
When you return to the airport, please phone the car park on the number we provide at the time of booking, give your name and car details. Proceed to the bus stop and board the courtesy bus to the car park.

How to get to Airparks Gatwick
Route 1 - Leave M23 at Junction 9. At the 1st roundabout with traffic lights take the 2nd exit towards the Gatwick Airport. At the next roundabout fo straight over following signs to the North terminal. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit signposted A23 Redhill and Crawley. Joining the A23 northbound, get into the right hand lane and at the roundabout go right round and take the exit signposted A23 Crawley. Stay on the A23 southbound. At the 1st roundabout go straight over and at the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit for Lowfield Heath/Charlwood. Go 200 yards to mini roundabout and then turn left into Charlwood orad. Airparks Gatwick car park is 1.5 miles ahead on the right hand side.
Route 2 - Leave M23 at Junction 10and take 3rd exit signposted Crawley A2011 (Crawley Avenue). At the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted A2011 Horsham. At the next roundabout with traffic lights take the 4th exit signposted Redhill/Gatwick A23 Northbound. Stay on the A23 northbound. At the next roundabout go straight over following signs for Gatwick. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit for Lowfield Heath / Charlwood. Go 200 yards to mini roundabout then turn left into Charlwood road. The Airparks Gatwick car park is located 1.5 miles ahead on the right hand side.

Car park is not so easy to find and potentially can make some people to be late. When we finally find car park two ladies on the reception were not so friendly and professional. There was complete opposite on our return. Two gentleman have been very polite and professional.

I was so impressed by how easy it was to park at the airport. When i arrived i was greeted by a fantastic, helpful, cheerful, team.On our return it was 5am and i was offered if i would like to be meeted out side my terminal with my car and it was so easy and quick. I will be using this company every time!

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated at the car park. My only problem was finding it from the map and I eventually had to ask a comunity policeman where I was and how to find the car park! The map was very unclear as I do not know that area at all well. Apart from that I could not fault the help I received at the reception.
