No problems with the car park, however I paid for my car to be cleaned. The inside of the car was fine but the outside had been washed with dirty water and was in a worse state than I left it in before my holiday.

Almost missed our flight waiting for the next shuttle bus and driver to get his act together! Proceedures have all changed - for the worse. Used to be a very efficient service however, I doubt we shall use here again. Shame, after 7 years.

Customer service has gone downhill with self parking and fixed 20 minutes timetable for shuttle. Scrum on return journey and overcrowded bus. All their changes work against customers - 30 mins more added to return leg. Will not use again.

Driving from Fife this parking site was exceptionally easy to find. This is the second time I have used Airparks. The service received was first class prior to departure and just as equally good on the return journey. i would certainly recommend this parking and would not hesitate to use it again.

Parking arrangements worked out smoothly, and the transport arrived and departed promptly. I would use Air Parks the next time I was flying from Glasgow.

The service you provided was very good the only problem we had was on out home journey. We arrived at the airport at 1.50am and we werent informed that we had to telephone after 11pm for a bus to pick us up. We waited for 40 mins with our 2 year old son. Other than that, the bus drivers were excellent very helpful and friendly.

Beware "park your own car and keep your keys"..new policy.Would not use this park again for that reason only.Most inconvenient and not made clear at booking.
