I have used air parks on several ocassions and this year i was disappointed with the fact that I had paid £40 to park my car and when arriving at the air parks was asked for an additional £5.00 for my car to be parked and my keys kept. What was the £40.00 I had already paid for?

Angus McFarlane says:
I had to park my car myself; this could involve a lengthy walk between the car and the shuttle bus - not so good in the rain and darkness.
We had to load and unload our luggage into shuttle bus; not so easy with only a small entrance and with others attempting to do the same.
It was not clear that this reduction in service made the price any less.

we have used airparks glasgow many times before and always liked the fast and efficient service received. however, we were dissappointed this time as airparks have moved to a "self parking" system. on the return, it was raining and i had to stand with my cases in a wooden shed whilst my husband went for the car to pick me up. this to me is not acceptable and not the high standard of care previously encountered at airparks. airparks should think again.

steven henderson says:
i parked at glasgow airparks for 3 weeks and when i was away due to really bad weather when i returned my car battery was flat. The staff on shift at the car park could not have been more helpful getting my car started, One guy in particular even stayed on after his shift had ended and ensured that my car was going and gave me a cup of tea while i waited for the car to warm up which was very much appreciated due to the freezing temperatures. Absolute outstanding customer service and will definately use the car parking facilities in the future. Well done glasgow airparks and thank you so much for helping me get the car started.
