Airparks Gold Transfer Information - Manchester Airport Terminal
Courtesy transfers operate 24 hours a day. Customers are delivered to the terminal interchange which is a short walk from terminals 1 and 2. Customers using terminal 3 have a longer walk to the terminal, this is fine for those with limited luggage. Those with more luggage should consider using another car park that will drop off directly outside terminal 3.
Arrival Procedure for Airparks Gold
On arrival at the car park please approach the security barrier with your booking reference available for verification by the security staff. You will be instructed where to park your car and given full instructions relating to your return to the car park. Park your car and proceed to check in at reception. The courtesy bus will then drop you off at the transport interchange, which is a short walk away from the terminals. PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to leave your keys.
When you get back to Manchester Airport
Board courtesy bus and return to car park. Full departure procedures will be provided upon check-in of your car.
Additional Information about Airparks Gold
Vans and Large Vehicles may be charged an additional fee, please call Park and Go for details. Transfers from this car park are to the the terminal interchange a short walk from terminals 1 and 2. You will be required to leave your keys.
How to get to Airparks Gold
From all directions leave M56 Motorway at Junction 5 (Airport spur) and take left hand lane signposted for Terminal 2. At the end of the sliproad take first exit off the roundabout and then first left into Thorley lane (approx. 25/30 yards). The Airparks Gold entrance is 80 metres on the left hand side.

Very good. Helpful staff --- particularily the girl on reception when we returned to find we had a flat tyre and by the time the recovery people had fixed it our ticket had expired and we couldn't open the gate. She sorted it very quickly -- thankyou.

I could not exit the car park because the bar code on the card issued was not recognised at the barrier gate.An attendant came and tried but also failed.This caused a queue of cars behind me.To ease the situation I drove up the kerb to pass around the barrier arm.

The pick up service on our return to Manchester was appalling. We waited over 30 minutes with about 20 other disatisfied people for the bus to pick us up. My husband rang them twice to ask where they were, to be told on both occasions that they would be with us shortly. Two people gave up and got a taxi to the car park. They eventually turned up at 9.30 pm with not even an apology. Surely they monitor the incoming flights - they certainly do at Leeds/Bradford as they are waiting outside for you. We will be looking elsewhere next time we have to use Manchester.

Very good service and I have always been happy with the facilities provided. But now there have been improvements to the service offered being the exit barrier and the gold ticket you are provided with on your outbound journey. This ticket advises you of your pickup point for your return, is to be used for the transfer bus and then the exit barrier in the car park. I believe this has improved the service even more. Excellent.
