- Location: This service operates from the Departure area outside the terminal, but your car is stored in a secure compound just 10 minutes from the airport.
- Security Measures: This car park has the Park Mark award and features 24 hour security, High security fence and CCTV.
- Transfers: Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
- Arrival Procedure: Please call the car park 20 minutes before arrival time to confirm you are on course. When you are at Birmingham Airport follow signs to the drop and go car park. Collect a ticket from the barrier and enter the drop and go car park. Find a space, preferably on the row near the barrier you entered. An AngloParks Chauffeur will be with you in no time. Remember to hand your ticket and your keys to the chauffeur.
- Return Procedure: Upon your return to the terminal once you have collected your luggage, call the driver and you car will be sent to the terminal.
- Directions: Follow signs to Birmingham International Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to the departure terminal car park, collect a ticket and enter the car park where you will be met by the chauffeur.

Couldn't fault the service at all, have previously used BCP and this was better.

The online sales process was fast and simple - no problems whatsoever.
The drop off was smooth - no problems either.
We followed instructions to the letter and called once through baggage reclaim and customs to be told to meet in the car park in 10 minutes. This we did - to be told the car would be another half hour. This was at 11pm on a freezing February night after a 5 hour flight. The car did not arrive until 60 minutes after the initial call we made and we had to make a further 2 calls.

Excellent. They were there when we set off and when we arrived back. The guys were also friendly and courteous unlike the firm we last used at Gatwick. I will use Angloparks again.
