Friendly & efficient and absolutely no problems and even said that they don't charge for a time change unlike some booking sites which charge £10

great service will use again , helped me well on the phone when i was over the other unit, i also came in on an ealier flight and my car was ready as soon as i got there ,, thanks for your great customer service over the weekend and i like it that i had to show my passport to collect my car which helps with security thank you garry f
