- Location: This service operates from the departures area ouutside all terminals. Your car will be stored in a fully secure compound.
- Security Measures: All the drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected the driver will take it to a fully secure and insured compound, where your car will remain until your return. The car park is equipped with CCTV and security fencing, and is manned 24 hours a day. The AutoStrong car park also has the Park Mark Award for Safer Parking.
- Transfers: Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
- Arrival Procedure: On your way to the airport we ask that you call 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form. The driver will confirm the meeting point with you, when you reach the Terminal the driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you.
- Return Procedure: On your return, after you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, we ask that you call to confirm your return. When you exit the Terminal the driver will meet you with your car.
- Directions: Drive to the Terminal and your Driver will collect your vehicle from you. The meeting point for your driver will be confirmed when you call 20 minutes in advance of your arrival.

although this was my first time using the meet and greet service, i was confident of success having used the offsite service with autostrong before.
this meet and greet service is so convenient, my return flight was 2130 into manchester, and i was home in wolverhampton by 2245 due to no hassle with returning to offsite areas but going straight home from the airport, i would certainly book it again

Service excellent, prompt collection & delivery. However! On arriving home I noticed a new dent on passenger door. Was invited to check condition on delivery but did not notice in dim light of delivery zone.
