Bmibaby Announces New Routes From Manchester

bmibaby has revealed it will be launching three new routes from Manchester Airport to Spain and Portugal this summer.
The airline will commence flights to Lisbon on June 17th, 2008, becoming the only carrier operating between Manchester and the Portuguese capital. There will be two flights a week, starting from £24.99 one-way.
Passengers heading to the Spanish capital will be able to fly with bmibaby from June 16th, 2008. Madrid flights will be on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, again starting from £24.99 one-way.
The end of the summer, meanwhile, will see the addition on a new route between Manchester and Barcelona. Operating four times a week fares start from £24.99 each-way. All prices quotes include taxes and charges.
"Manchester Airport now offers 226 destinations worldwide - more than any other UK airport - and these latest new routes are yet more additions to our exciting schedule," said Tim McDermott, director of aviation development at the airport.
The Travel Weekly Globe Travel Awards named Manchester the UK's best regional airport at this year's ceremony, held in January.
