I've been using the car park for a number of years, from when it was sited at Winford, & have always been happy with the service. As I live N of Bristol I am pleased with the new venue!

Parking the car early in the morning was ok as was going into the office to hand in the keys. Waiting in the car park for the driver to assess how many people he was taking was a bit of a chore though and the state of the transport left much to be desired, light coloured trousers had a black oily stain from the seat, but only noticed in the airport. Getting back was easy enough but againthe standard of transport was low quality, poor state of interior and I work for a large bus company so I do know that youo can keep buses clean & tidy if you care enough.

First time i have used bristol park and fly and i could not fault it. The directions were easy, the transfer was smooth and very quick, and the same with the pick up. Will definitely use again.

What a fantastic company, really made our holiday experience stress free!! Very easy to book your car in and also brilliant pick up after your holiday!! Hassle free, we had no problems even being delayed for 2 hours on our flight! A* service!! Will be using again! :)
