Excellent service. It really made a difference to our holiday experience as we arrived back very early in the morning after a long flight. The car was waiting for us - no hassle at all! Helpful and polite staff. We will be using this service whenever we travel from Heathrow.

I rang 30 minutes before I got to Terminal 1 and had to wait 1 hour.
On my return, I called clearing customs after an on time flight and waited 45 minutes.
Disappointing versus my previous experience with Park & Go.

Took us 70 mins to get our car back on arrival!The first contact had not released the car & only finally got it when I called back.Just what you need after a 14 hr flight and waiting in the rain. They have at least refunded half the cost but would have preferred on time delivery.
