I had to cancell my parking at heathrow as My flight was suddenly changed to Manchester due to the snow chaos. But the phone was answered promptly and despite being very busy, a courteous lady was very sympathetic and refunded my fees without any hassle.

I was not pleased at all, on my way out I had to wait 15 minutes for the driver, even though I rang 1/2 hour before as instructed. On the way back, I had a 2 hour wait, and eventually had to take the bus to the deport to collect my car.

We had a slight problem on arrival at Terminal 5 when the system seemed not to know who we were, but once that was sorted out I could not fault your arrangements.

a slight hicup at drop off, despite calling beforehand, our car/ref number was not known to any of the drivers, btu helpful staff sorted this out quickly, on return car was already there waiting for us, great, will book again

I called the company after landing and it took pretty much an hour until I got my car delivered to terminal 1. The driver said he got the car 20' ago? whatever went wrong, but not great in terms of customer friendliness, I am afraid.
