What is the location of Budget Meet and Greet in relation to Heathrow Airport?

This service operates from the departures area outside Terminals 1 - 5, but your car is stored away from the airport.

Security Measures at Budget Meet and Greet

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected the driver will take it to a fully secure and insured compound, where your car will remain until your return. The car park is equipped with CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day. The car park is also a Park Mark Safer Parking award holder.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure for Budget Meet and Greet

On your way to the airport we ask that you call 30 minutes prior to your agreed arrival time to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, when you reach the Terminal the driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you. Each terminal has a different meeting points, full details of the meeting points can be found in the directions below.

When you get back to Heathrow Airport

On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal our driver will meet you with your car.

How to get to Budget Meet and Greet

From all major roads follow signs for Heathrow Airport, then follow signs for your terminal. Then you must follow the instructions below to reach the desginated drop off point for each terminal.

Terminals 1-4:

The chauffeur will meet you outside Departures in the car lane (if terminal 1, lower left section of departures, if terminal 4 the third lane outside departures).

Terminal 5:

Drop Off Point (level 4). Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for Short Stay and Passenger Pick up. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for Fast Track. At entrance barrier take a ticket (there is nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to Row L where the Chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.
