Cardiff-Anglesey Passengers Can Book Flights In Welsh

Welsh passengers travelling from Cardiff International Airport to Anglesey will benefit from a new service which allows them to book their flights in their native language.
Highland Airways, which is based in Inverness, launched its new tri-lingual website highlandairways.co.uk yesterday (Thursday, March 13th).
Thanks to the website, customers using the airline are now able to book their flights in Welsh, English or Gaelic.
Launching the site at Cardiff International Airport, Basil O'Fee, commercial director of Highland Airways, said: "We service business and leisure customers on the fringes of Great Britain, where our indigenous languages still thrive. Translating our website into both Scottish Gaelic and Welsh was therefore a natural decision for us.
"We know that everyone appreciates being able to transact business in their own mother tongue, and we are delighted to extend this courtesy to our customers in Wales and Scotland."
Flights between Cardiff and Anglesey have been running at over 80 per cent capacity since the route's launch in May 2007.
