Security Measures
All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.
Transfer Information
Transfers to not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure
As you exit the motorway please call to announce your intended arrival and you personal chauffeur will provide exact instructions on where to park.
Return Procedure
On your return to Stansted you'll receive a 'Welcome Home' text message as soon as you switch your phone on. After collecting ALL your luggage AND clearing Customs, please call us announce your arrival.
After you pass through customs turn right and exit the terminal building through the door opposite the Zone D check in sign. Walk down the ramp back to the RED CAR PARK where your chauffeur will be waiting with your car.

Driving Directions
ON ARRIVAL:
As you exit the motorway please call to announce your intended arrival and your personal chauffeur will provide exact instructions on where to park.
Please note that if your chauffeur is dealing with another customer he may not be able to take your call immediately but he will know you are on the line and your call will be answered as soon as possible.
Your chauffeur will inspect your vehicle for pre-existing damage and also ensure your travel details are correct. After signing to confirm these details you'll receive a copy for your records and are then free to walk directly into the terminal to continue your journey.
Please feel free to ask your chauffeur anything you're unsure of. If he can't answer immediately he will ensure your questions or concerns are addressed at the earliest opportunity.
For your safety and convenience every chauffeur carries personal identification and details of insurance which are available for inspection should you require.
ON RETURN:
On your return to Stansted you'll receive a 'Welcome Home' text message as soon as you switch your phone on.
After collecting ALL your luggage AND clearing Customs, please call to announce your arrival.
After you pass through Customs turn right and exit the terminal building through the door opposite the Zone D check in sign. Walk down the ramp back to the RED CAR PARK where your chauffeur will be waiting with your car. You will be required to pay the fee for exiting the car park.
Once you've confirmed ownership and signed for your vehicle you're free to exit the car park and airport complex with the minimum of fuss and delay.
RUNNING EARLY OR LATE:
When driving to the airport we appreciate that traffic and other circumstances may affect your arrival time. Please call if you are running late or early and we'll do our best to ensure we're able to accommodate you; should you arrive more than 15 minutes either side of your designated drop off time we can't guarantee we'll be able to book you in immediately but we can guarantee you'll be served as soon as possible.
On the return leg of your journey we monitor the arrival time of your flight so don't require any further information from you and will accommodate standard delays. However, if there is a material amendment to your flight (such as an additional day) you may be liable for additional parking charges.

Since moving to the area we have used a few meet and greet companies at Stansted, this was the first time we used this company and although the service was okay, it was not as good as the others we have used previously. Firstly, we were unsure when we were supposed to announce our arrival at the airport; previously we have done it 15-20 mins before but this one said as you get off the motorway. We do not come via the motorway so this was slightly confusing. Also, we had to dial an 0845 number which is expensive from a mobile and then select an option from a menu. If you were driving with a hands free/voice activated dialling you wouldn't be able to select an option. They did check over the car etc, when we dropped it off, which was good. When we arrived back we again had to call the 0845 number which rang for ages after I selected the option for pick up and then we had to wait 20 minutes for our car even after they said they would be 10-15 mins.
We will probably go back to using one of the other companies we used before, as they have always been really quick to drop our car off and also use a mobile number which doesn't cost as much!
Overall, for what we paid though we did get a really good deal and they did what they said. I would recommend meet and greet services at the airport as it is really easy when you drop the car off as you don't have to worry about parking or walking miles to get to the terminal.

Excellent service only one criticism is could pick the car up from drop off zone do not see the need to be charged £2.80 for a 5 minute change over, its the same moan as last time, other than that the service is great and would use again if still competitive
