Once I had picked up my luggage I phoned as instructed and was told there would be a 15 to 20 minute delay because they were very busy. When I arrived at the meeting point there was no one waiting and it appeared deadly quiet. My car turned up more than 15 minutes later and no apology was offered. When I commented on this I was told that he beleived it was a perfectly acceptable wait and would not apologise and suggested I take my business elsewhere in future which is exactly what I will do. In the time it took to get my car I could have got a bus to a car park and saved myself money. On a positive note I have used Park and Go for many years and have always had excellent service and will be happy to use them again.

meet and greet worked fine - the SMS with the phone number to call for collection is a nice touch. The car was however extremely dirty with great blobs of something on both wing mirrors, hence the '4' rating instead of a full 5

The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. We had a few minutes wait for the operator to arrive at the terminal on our outward journey. On the return journey, the car was already in the car park when we reached it. Overall, it was a very good service.

We were pleased. The service meant that our holiday got off to a good start with the minimum of fuss (with two young children at a busy airport) and ended likewise. The service was efficient, courteous, and run like velvet. We would use this service again.

This car parking service is a must if you want to save time, and make life easier for yourselves, ideal for families with children. My only moan, is the fact that my car was cleaned and valetted when i dropped it off, but dirty and dusty when it was brought back, so dont clean your car before you go.

This was the first time my husband and I had ever used Valet Parking and it was a great experience. Handing the car over to the friendly and experienced drivers on the airport car park took no more than 10 minutes. On return we called as instructed and only waited at the airport car park approximately one minute before the driver arrived. It was a totally stress free experience and I shall definitely use the service again. I will also recommend the service to all my friends.
