- Location: This service operates from the short stay car park just outside the terminal building, but your car is stored away from the airport.
- Security Measures: All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.
- Transfers: Transfers to not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
- Arrival Procedure: As you exit the motorway please call to announce your intended arrival and you personal chauffeur will provide exact instructions on where to park.
- Return Procedure: On your return to Stansted you'll receive a 'Welcome Home' text message as soon as you switch your phone on. After collecting ALL your luggage AND clearing Customs, please call us announce your arrival.
After you pass through customs turn right and exit the terminal building through the door opposite the Zone D check in sign. Walk down the ramp back to the RED CAR PARK where your chauffeur will be waiting with your car. - Directions: Dropping off your vehicle
As you exit the motorway please call our lo-rate telephone number to announce your intended arrival and your personal chauffeur will provide exact instructions on where to park.
If your chauffeur is dealing with other customers he may not be able to take your call immediately in which case you should follow the signs to the SHORT STAY car park and drive into the RED CAR PARK taking a ticket at the entrance barrier. Park your vehicle at the roadside by the covered walkway opposite Row N by which time your chauffeur should be free to take your call.
Your chauffeur will inspect your vehicle for pre-existing damage and also ensure your travel details are correct. After signing to confirm these details you'll receive a copy for your records and are then free to walk directly into the terminal to continue your journey.
Please feel free to ask your chauffeur anything you're unsure of. If he can't answer immediately he will ensure your questions or concerns are addressed at the earliest opportunity.
For your safety and convenience every chauffeur carries personal identification and details of insurance which are available for inspection should you require.
Collecting your vehicle
On your return to Stansted you'll receive a 'Welcome Home' text message from us as soon as you switch your phone on.
After collecting ALL your luggage AND clearing Customs, please call to announce your arrival.
After you pass through Customs turn right and exit the terminal building through the door opposite the Zone D check in sign. Walk down the ramp back to the RED CAR PARK where your chauffeur will be waiting with your car and your prepaid ticket which is required to exit the car park.
N.B., Your prepaid ticket expires 30 minutes after we receive your arrival phone call. You may be liable for any additional parking charges should you not retrieve your vehicle within this period.
Once you've confirmed ownership and signed for your vehicle you're free to exit the car park and airport complex with the minimum of fuss and delay.

Once I had picked up my luggage I phoned as instructed and was told there would be a 15 to 20 minute delay because they were very busy. When I arrived at the meeting point there was no one waiting and it appeared deadly quiet. My car turned up more than 15 minutes later and no apology was offered. When I commented on this I was told that he beleived it was a perfectly acceptable wait and would not apologise and suggested I take my business elsewhere in future which is exactly what I will do. In the time it took to get my car I could have got a bus to a car park and saved myself money. On a positive note I have used Park and Go for many years and have always had excellent service and will be happy to use them again.

meet and greet worked fine - the SMS with the phone number to call for collection is a nice touch. The car was however extremely dirty with great blobs of something on both wing mirrors, hence the '4' rating instead of a full 5

The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. We had a few minutes wait for the operator to arrive at the terminal on our outward journey. On the return journey, the car was already in the car park when we reached it. Overall, it was a very good service.

We were pleased. The service meant that our holiday got off to a good start with the minimum of fuss (with two young children at a busy airport) and ended likewise.
The service was efficient, courteous, and run like velvet.
We would use this service again.

This car parking service is a must if you want to save time, and make life easier for yourselves, ideal for families with children. My only moan, is the fact that my car was cleaned and valetted when i dropped it off, but dirty and dusty when it was brought back, so dont clean your car before you go.
