All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected, it is driven to a nearby secure compound with laser beam security system and CCTV. The yard is fully secure and is insured, and further is manned 24 hours a day. Here you car will remain until your return.

Arrival Procedure for Drive Fly Meet and Greet
A member of uniformed staff will call you 20-30 minutes prior to your pre-booked arrival time to confirm drop off point and your exact arrival time to the departures terminal. On meeting a member of our staff at the departures, they will assist you with your luggage.
When you get back to Heathrow Airport
Once you have collected all your luggage, then you simply call our number, when you exit the terminal a driver will be waiting for you with your car at the designated point.
How to get to Drive Fly Meet and Greet
One of our staff members will collect your car from the designated terminal at the specified meeting time and drive your vehicle to the secure premises, and it will remain there until you return.
Once you have landed, collected your luggage and cleared customs, call a number provided to you and your car will be returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes.

Service at drop off and pick up were spot on, friendly, timely and professional. We had to change car at the last minute and gave our new details just hours before showing up. The changes had been passed on correctly so we didn't have to explain on arrival that the registered car had broken down.

Using these companies always makes me nervous - what if no-one shows up, etc - but these guys were absolutely fine and the price was competitive. Would use them again.

This is the first time we've used a 'fly and greet' service and it was brilliant. No more having to find an off airport car park and no more waiting for a transfer buss that then drives to every other terimal before eventually getting to the one that you need. This service is not only genius, but it actually works! The company is well organised and does exactly what it says on the label. They ring at the time they said they would, to confirm your arrival, take your car away and return it as soon as you have confirmed you're through customs. In fact our driver appologised for taking too long due to bad traffic, he had actually only taken 12 minutes from when we had rung!
I would definately use this service again, it takes a lot of hastle out of getting to the airport.

We have used this service a couple of times in the past without any problems, but on my boss' (Paul Daly) recent business trip he was left waiting 40 minutes for his car to be returned to him. One of my other travellers who returned the day before was left waiting 15 minutes by the meeting point, which is just about acceptable, but 40 minutes was excessive after a long flight. There are many other Meet & Greet providers operating from Heathrow and next time we will try one of these, in spite of the competitive prices offered by Drive Fly.
