Dean McCabe says:

This was an easy, convenient and affordable experience. You park at the hotel, concierge calls the company who arrive within minutes to give you the hotel hopper bus pass and you catch the bus which takes 10 mins to the airport. Bus staff were helpful and cheerful. I would highly recommend this service.

Martyn Thompson says:

We were pleased with the service we received. The car was picked up and delivered within 10 minutes. I would recommend the service, particularly if the price is no more expensive than park and ride.

Mr D Wood says:

All went according to plan. Only slight problem was the issue of single tickets for the journey from LHR to Raddisson Edwardian the bus driver queried why we didn't have a return issued. He did let us on. This was also repeated to another passenger on this bus.

Ian Campbell says:

Finding the Radisson Edwardian hotel is not easy if you don't know the area and/or have kept your sat-nav mapping up to date. Get the wrong exit off the roundabout at the entrance to Terminal Three and you're in for a long detour! This is because of the re-working of the roundabout. It took me three attempts! At the Radisson, the staff were polite, courteous and efficient and within ten minutes of my arrival I was on my way by shuttle bus to Terminal 3 at Heathrow. Although the hotel is only a stone's throw from the terminal, the shuttle bus does call in at two other hotels en route making it a 15 minute journey. Add that time to the twenty minutes you may have to wait for the shuttle to arrive and you're into 35 minutes which you must allow for. On my return, you need to avoid following the signs to the buses, but specifically ask someone to direct you to bus stops 11 to 13 which is where the shuttle back to the Radisson, stops. Check the number of the bus on the charts displayed. from memory you need the H3 shuttle bus. I waited in vain and then noticed that one shuttle bus, number H6 was also the bus for H3. So do be careful. On arrival once clear of customs I rang the hotel and asked them to fetch my car out of storage. They identified me readily and recited the car's registration number, make and model. Very impressive. Unfortunately, it was not to last because by the time I arrived at the hotel, they had lost or misplaced the car. The car had vanished under a heavy snow fall. They eventually found it and dug it out but it was frozen up. Not their fault, but it does show that the vehicles are stored outside for the time you are away. Overall, a fair service with room for improvements, but good value for money.

Due to check in 5am so booked parking for 0430, arrived at hotel 0420. Phoned Drive Fly at 0425 to be told, driver is coming. At 0440, no sign of driver; rang again, to be told "I'll send him straight back". Still no sign by 0455, on ringing told, "he will be with you in one minute". He arrived after a couple of minutes and I realised it was the same driver who had been parked outside the hotel when I had arrived at 0425. Not impressed. Arrived at terminal by bus 0520, therefore allowing half an hour for t/f one mile from hotel to terminal not sufficient! Wondered why some passengers were being taken by driver and some had to ge on bus, unless he was also working as taxi driver in his spare time. On return, found car easily in car park, left in gear with handbrake off and another car parked behind it, necessitating shuffling to get out of space. I shan't be using this service again; £10 extra for peace of mind is well worth it.
