Security Measures
The car park has 24 hour CCTV, with controlled exit barriers and on site security, this car park is also floodlit.
Transfer Information
The transport to the airport is from the front entrance of the hotel via a hotel transfer bus. The transfer bus starts at 4am every day until 11pm. The frequency is around every 20 minutes and takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the Terminals.
Arrival Procedure
Bring your car to the front entrance of the Radisson Hotel, Bath Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 5AW and park you car at the Short Stay Car Park.
Make your way to the front concierge with your luggage. You will be met by one of the car park staff who will assist you in your departure to the Terminal.
Please Note: Bookings include two return tickets for the transfer bus to either terminal 1,2,3 and 5 returning back to the hotel. Any additional tickets are available at en extra cost of £8.00 per person, payable locally.
Return Procedure
All return instructions will be given on arrival at the Hotel.

Driving Directions
From the M25: Leave Motorway at junction 15 and follow M4 sign posted to London.
From the M4: Leave at junction 4 and exit towards A408 Uxbridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Terminals 1,2 &3. Then stay in the left lane and take the exit for London A4 Bath Road. Once you exit on to the A4 Bath Road the Radisson Hotel is located 400m on the left just after McDonalds.

The only fault about this experience was that we were on a tight time scedule. I didn't realise that we were going to do pick ups on the way to the airport. On arriving back into the country, I made a phone call to the company & within 10 mins. our car was delivered to us in the departure drop off area of the airport(I was expecting to catch a bus back to the desiginated hotel); we will do it again!

Excellent service from leaving the car at hotel to instructions given for return to car waiting in airport car park when we collected our bags. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely use this service againand recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that not only was it vastly cheaper than some other companies I had used in and around Heathrow, but the service was great, too. On arrival at the off site destination we did have to wait a short while for the company to turn up to issue us with the paperwork required. however, on our return i had to phone the company so they could bring the car to the terminal building as they included this service in the price. we collected our bags and by the time we got outside the car and their representative was there. a quick check of paperwork to verify us and we were driving off home. I would use them again. wounderful service and price for a company I had not heard of before. I would reccommend them to everyone.

I was a few minutes late arriving at the drop off point and missed the the transport to the terminal. After speaking to the coordinator I was offered an upgrade to 'Meet and Greet'. It was much appreciated and worked like clockwork.
