When we arrived we only waited a few minuets for the transfer to the airport.On arriving back we waited about 5 minutes for the bus when we got back to the carpark we had the key to our and on our way home in no time at all V Smitherman Telford shropshire

Excellent service as always, frequent buses.
Had difficulty finding the new exit in the dark -improved lighting & signage would help.

I hesitate to write this in case others read it and find out how good this service really is. Arrived and departed from Airparks within 15 minutes and arrived at airport in plenty of time for flight, but the best bit is............ they will bring your car to the airport when you get back (for a very reasonable charge). Arrived at 1950 and cleared customs and baggage and was on the road by 2020. Excellent service!!! Thanks very much. :)

Informed staff would be back on Friday not Saturday ie. a day early. Arrived back Friday keys not ready, initially could not find them. Had put Saturdays date on the keys. Staff informed me the label was on the keys when they were given to me to get the last items out of the car. No label was on the keys when I put them in the box. Staff would not believe me when I explained around midnight what had happened. Got no apology or sympathy with my situation, just told I was lucky retrieving the car was fairly easy as it was parked with easy access. If it had not been it would have taken more time and I would have had to wait. No apology was forthcoming only the insinuation I was telling lies to the staff and not being believed. Appalling service just over a simple mistake on their part. Which I would not have been bothered about once I got my keys. Basically I was being told it was all my fault. Appaling service.
I will not be going there again and telling others also.
Finally the directions coming from the North down the M1 were none exsistent. Took half an hour to find you from getting to the airport.
Apalling directions.

More convenient than parking at the airport. We were impressed with the organisation and professionalism. It was'nt the first time we've used airparks and it will not be the last. J & S Kitson

Directions to car park were good, reception service friendly and efficient. The bus left on time to the airport. The car return service was brilliant and saved us lots of time. Will definitely use again.
