Excellent service. Met as arranged on departure and on return our car was there as we emerged from the terminal building.
Would certainly recommend. Good value too.

This is the best Meet & Greet we have experienced and we have tried most of them. They were wating when we arrived and by the time we had made our way to the meeting point on our return there they were waiting for us. Excellent service at a resonable price.

I would not use this company again. We arrived at Gatwick Airport as scheduled telephoning 20 minutes in advance as per the booking request. It took us nearly 10 minutes to get through on the phone. We waited over 45 minutes and made numerous phone calls to this company and they were unable to tell us when a driver was going to turn up to collect our car or even where the driver was. Eventually we used Gatwick's onsite valet parking facilities at an additional cost of £199.00 as we had to check in. We found other passengers waiting in the drop off area who had been waiting as long as us so this was not a one off problem by any means.

Absolutely perfect! We have no complaints whatsoever with the service we received and will use the Meet and Greet service for every future holiday. This service is hassle free which is a necessity particulary after a long or difficult journey. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service, can't falt it in any respect. Drivers were courteous and were waiting for collection when we arrived and back to the pickup area with 2-3 minutes of calling (First Rate - Will be using again).

The service was fantastic - wonderfully prompt, well organised and secure - and with a smile which has not been the case with other parking companies we've used in the past.
Will use Park & Go again with confidence as they've set the bar really high.

A very professional & reliable service that beats it's competition hands down on service level, cost & quality. Easy to contact, polite & professional staff with no delays on drop-off or pick-up. Service was very good from greet and meet to delivery of car on return. Prompt and friendly. Impressed. Only minor downside is that it appears to be a small scratch on one of the rearview mirrors.
