The drop off and pick up where faultless, however the inside of the car around the drivers door, seat and carpets was covered in white mud! Just took the shine off an otherwise top class service.

I had decided to forego my usual "cheapie" park miles away from the airport. Was I pleased I did! Talk about hassle free! Met at the drop off point, under cover at the terminal building & after a few moments I was on my way. My return was interesting, while my car was being brought to meet me, it broke down! The "boys" however, went into action. My elderly mother and I were escourted in a curtesy mini bus to a lovely local hotel, where i contacted the AA, whilst enjoying a coffee. My car was then towed into the hotel grounds, so that it could be worked on in safety. What could so easily have been a really awful end to a wonderful holiday, was made stress & trouble free by my knights in shining armour, we were so well looked after by both the staff at EAZYPARK meet and greet & at ETROP GRANGE HOTEL. Just pay a few more pounds, the service is wonderful, I really cannot praise them enough, for their fantastic service! thank you very much.

Very good service. With not knowing Manchester Airport well, we went to the wrong level to be greeted, but no problem as the driver came up to meet us. We phoned up when collected baggage and the driver arrived within two minutes of us arriving outside. Both drivers were courteous and helpful. I will use this firm again. No more standing out in the cold waiting for shuttle buses for us!

I was really impressed with the service. Prompt and courteous. It would be great if they would consider offering a valeting service that could be carried out whilst customers are away and could come back to a nice clean car. Just a thought. Thanks for an enjoyable experience, it was great to be able to drive away quickly.

We arrived over an hour early at the airport and called the driver who extremly pleasant and arrived at the meeting point at about the same time. On our return we telephoned the number and the driver said he would be 10/15 minutes and he was! Great service and pleasant drivers - would definitely use the service again.
