What is the location of Edinburgh Meet and Greet in relation to Edinburgh Airport?
This service operates from the departures area outside the Terminal building and your car is stored in a secure compound located on the airport grounds.
Security Measures at Edinburgh Meet and Greet
All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure and insured compound, where your car will remain until your return. The car park is equipped with CCTV and security fencing, and is manned 24 hours a day.
Edinburgh Meet and Greet Transfer Information - Edinburgh Airport Terminal
This service operates from the terminal itself therefore a transfer is not required.
Arrival Procedure for Edinburgh Meet and Greet
On arrival at the Airport Terminal there will be a Chauffeur there to meet you and collect your vehicle. The driver will be wearing a high visibility yellow jacket and carrying a red clipboard. Present your Park and Go voucher/reference number to the driver.
You must call 24 hours in advance to confirm your collection time and if you are going to arrive later or earlier than the agreed time.
When you get back to Edinburgh Airport
On arrival back into Edinburgh Airport, the Chauffeur will be there with your vehicle ready for collection.

YOU MUST CALL 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CONFIRM YOUR COLLECTION TIME AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO ARRIVE LATER OR EARLIER THAN THE AGREED TIME.
How to get to Edinburgh Meet and Greet
Opposite the terminal entrance there is a car park, this is where the driver will meet you. The driver will be wearing a high visibility yellow jacket and holding a red clipboard. Please hand your pre-paid voucher to the driver.
On your return to Edinburgh you are asked to call when you have collected your luggage. A driver will be sent immediately your car will be returned to the arrivals area.

First Class service when we were departing and also when we arrived back at Edinburgh. This type of service certainly made our transfer completely hassle free. Full marks to the Meet and Greet Team.

Our experience of Meet and Greet parking at Edinburgh Airport was ok; there was no-one there to meet us when we arrived at the airport for our departure and we had to wait for 10 minutes; when we returned (1.30am) I phoned as soon as we had the luggage but again when we got out to the car park there was no-one there to meet us and we had to wait again for about 10 minutes. On this occasion would have been just as well using the usual airport parking I think.

A reasonably good experience but a couple of things that let it down. Firstly, the need to phone 24hrs before you arrive at the airport is daft and one more thing to remember when you're getting ready to go on a trip. When we got to the airport we had been told the person would have a high visability top on - but they didn't so that caused some confusion. On return to the airport I called as requested once we had our bags. I was travelling with two elderly parents and it took us longer than I would usually be to get to the car park - but we still had a 5 minute wait for the car to arrive. On the whole it was okay and I would use the service again but there is room for improvement.

The service was excellent and we were picked up from the airport on our arrival within about 5 minutes of notifying them we had arrived. I would definitely use this service again, and it was a good price too.
