We have used Edinburgh Park and Fly several times and as usual we have no complaints about the service. The transfer to and from the airport was both prompt and efficient and as a result of this we will continue to use Edinburgh Park and Fly in the future.

I have used Park And Fly at least once a month for the last 6 months without incident, however on 12th March I arrived at the car park to find the minibus had a puncture. The other minibus was just leaving as I arrived. After 10 minutes I expressed my concern to the member of staff that I was going to miss the bag drop at the terminal. His reply was that this was just one of 'life's crises'. There was no contingency plan and the first minibus had not arrived back, I assume because it was now waiting at the airport for passengers coming off flights. It was a full 25 minutes after I had arrived at the car park before we left with the puncture fixed. Unsurprisingly the bag drop had closed and I had to pay a further £35 at the gate to get my luggage on the plane. While I accept that punctures can happen,there was no apology or effort made to get me to the terminal for my flight. While the small print will no doubt advise that I should have arrived earlier to allow for things like punctures, it was an 0630 flight which I have never been late for before. I will not be using Park and Fly again. In the circumstances a taxi both ways would have worked out cheaper!

Returning late on a cold night the car was ready - defrosted and warm, engine running. This was much appreciated. Note that the A8 heading west from airport to car park gets very busy Mon - Fri from about 4.30 to 6.00pm.

I have used park and fly before and did hesitate about booking again. Unfortunatly we were caught up in the volcano delays and on return we were charged for late pick up, which i thought was a bit unfair after the week we had just had.

Car acceptance procedure and transport to airport for departure excellent. Clear explanation of procedure for return collection. Car was parked close to entrance for ease of baggage loading and departure.
