What a great service. Will be using again for sure. It went like clockwork and took all the hassle away that we usually experience when using the park and ride companies who have bus transfers to the airport.

The meet was great - friendly and efficient. BA then cancelled my return flight and I had to rebook a flight a day earlier. I text the change to number given by car park as advised at the meet and asked for confirmation which was sent almost straight back.
On my return no knowledge of my change of flight - not put onto the paperwork - promised car within 30 mins max - took over 50 mins cos had unsuccessfully tried to wash the bird muck off. I was accused of not communicating my change of flight until I showed the proof of texts on my phone. May give benefit of doubt and use again but only get one more chance!!

Excellent service, on time every time - 4 times so far this year, clean car comes back - a bonus!, price is also very competitive, meet & greet is definately the way to park. Thanks to all at EL.

The service at both ends of our journey from terminal 3 was exemplary. The drivers were courteous and efficient. Most importantly our car was waiting for us outside the terminal on our arrival and had just received a free wash!

Very efficient service - we were going out from terminal one and back in to five and the BA strike cancelled our flight back. Edward Lloyd M&G were on the ball and contacted us to check new flight details. Prompt and efficient both ways - lovely to come back to a clean car too!

I can't praise this service enough. The staff were precisely on time, courteous and very helpful. The icing on the cake was that my dirty car was returned cleaned at no cost. I will definitely use you again.

excellent service, used other companies in past and this was most efficient. Calls made to me to check all OK en-route to clarify arrival time with appropriate follow up calls. Saved me having to make call! Driver was waiting on arrival both for drop off and collection and very quick process.
