- Security Measures: Vehicles are stored in a secure undercover unit with 24 hour on site security within minutes from the airport.
- Transfers: Transfers to not apply for this service, as your car is collected and delivered the the terminal.
- Arrival Procedure: Drive directly to the departures level where an EPG Parking Gatwick representative will be waiting for you.
- Return Procedure: On your return, call EPG Parking Gatwick whilst you are waiting for your luggage and your car will be waiting for you outside the terminal within minutes.
- Directions: Follow signs to Gatwick Airport from all major roads. On your way to the airport we ask that you call 15 minutes prior to your arrival.

No Hassle, couldn`t ask for better service. They were waiting for me on arrival, and on return they rang me as I was collecting my luggage and by the time I made it outside, I only had to wait less than 2 minutes!! 5* treatment!

The most import element of Park and Go is being able to communicate with the person picking up your car, with EPG there were a number of problems, their main phone line down due to weather related problems and communicating with the pick up driving there were "network problems" this didn't help and eventually I was contacted an hour after I had landed. This was an unnecessary level of added stress when this service is meant to take that away. Conclusion it would have been cheaper and quicker to park myself.
I have used this service before and other companies have been fine, but will not use EPG in the future.

This is the 2nd time i have used epg.On arriving at gatwick i rang epg to inform them i would be 15 mins but there phones were down.I began to worry but i didnt need to because within minutes they rang me.A similar story on our return. Our luggage was delayed so was 30 mins late.EPG rang me to find out where i was.A 1st class service and would definitely use them again
