Apart from a mad Glaswegian's performance, all went well. However, Rab Nesbitt or someone sounding exactly like him insisted we were an hour late (we weren't, we were on time). He told my son (who also booked with EPG the same day) that he had no knowledge of his reservation when all had been confirmed by email. As I said, apart from the Glaswegian's performance, all went well, the car was returned OK and the chap who delivered it back was charming.

1st time we have used this service, will definitely use again, we arrived before our booked time, so we had to drive round once to stay clear of the Traffic Warden, that took about 3/4 minutes, when we arrived back at the pick up point our appointed driver was there, quick bit of paperwork and we were inside the airport, brilliant !

Excellent pick up on our outgoing flight. Perfectly dealt with our change in our return flight effeciently through email, thanks. Collection from inbound took a little longer than i was expecting but not too bad. Would recommend your service.

When returning to the UK and making the first call upon landing, I would recommend stating that you have already collected you bags. This will reduce your wait time to receive your car.

This efficient, reasonable and reliable service worked really well for us, especially as 4.00am arrival at the airport was required. No waitng around for transfer buses or queues to leave keys. Well done!

We have used you before and been critical of the time we have had to wait for delivery of our car on arrival. This time the timing was first rate and we were impressed which is just as well since we have two more bookings with you this year. There is no doubt that the parking authorities at Gatwick are unhelpful to you. Mind you it seems they are unhelpful to everyone so perhaps we should expect that. Good experience overall but thhere is always room for improvement. Thanks.

A short panic when we weren't able to contact anyone on any of the numbers in the early morning when we were arriving otherwise an excellent service throughout. Courteous prompt and efficient.
