EXETER AIRPORT PARKING NEWS - 03/12/2008
Budget British airline Flybe has revealed its 2009 summer schedule.
The Exeter Airport-based firm will fly to a number of destinations across Europe under the seasonal programme, which will operate from March 29th and September 7th.
Flybe chief commercial officer Mike Rutter said: "Our summer schedule shows us continuing to strengthen our operations across the UK and Europe with many of our summer routes from the 07/08 schedule returning from March next year as well as increased frequency on many of our services from key bases including Birmingham, Doncaster/Sheffield, Cardiff, Exeter and Newcastle."
Of the 181 routes in the schedule, highlights include new services to Jersey from Inverness, Dundee and the Kent town of Manston.
France will be well served over the summer, with flights touching down at popular destinations such as Brest-Brittany, Nice, La Rochelle and Toulouse.
In March 2007 Flybe acquired BA Connect, formerly the short-haul arm of the British flagship, which saw the airline reach a total of seven million passengers by the end of that year.
