Excellent car park, close to airport easy to find from motorway, have used this car park on numerous occations, but find now that dropping of at red bus stop and then having to walk with your cases to your car can be a bit of a struggle, as your car can be parked a fair distance from the red bus stop, when we returned on Sat we had to walk through various puddles of water, the car park was much easier when the bus dropped you of near to where your car was parked.

Easy to find car park, couple minutes from airport. You park your own car keep your keys and jump on bus to airport.

Site is easy to use. Booked Parking Direct at Glasgow Airport, very easy to find apart from Renfrew Council's efforts in closing the exit from the J29 roundabout. Bus transfer was there promptly both ways, and was quick and convenient. Only small criticism of the carpark is that ou have to remember where you parked your car, there are no grid letters or numbering to help you!

Perhaps need to tell customers that they need to stop at the booth to pick up a ticket. The window in the booth was closed when I arrived and I turned in at the first entrance thinking that I would get a ticket from a machine

Car park was difficult to find as we didn't know they had moved location. Actually preferred the old car park. The young lady at reception was very polite and did her best to get us through as quickly as possible the problem was having to queue to get through the barrier - there was only a few cars in this instance but at very busy periods it would have been chaotic! Would have to re-think for next year!

You get what you pay for. it was cheapest out of all the parking companies and it showed why. A very slow service both ways. A long wait for the bus (and it's too small). Pay the extra
