Used in Jan 2010 & Sept 2010. Service not as good 2nd time round hence 4 rating not 5. Checking in at car park seemed to take ages this time & no allocated parking. Had to wait for bus on return at airport (20-30mins) as only 1 small bus operating. Driver extremely apologetic for delay (explained large bus broken down). 10/10 for drivers. Will use again but think things overall were better in Jan.

Excellent! Have already booked up to use again. No hassle, dropped car off, got bus to airport and just a quick call for the pick up back when we returned. Highly recommend.

Excellent service throughout from easy to use website, confirmation received in seconds etc. Bus was extremely clean, both drivers very friendly and helpful when getting cases on and off (small kids so hubby on his own there otherwise!). No additional charges for late return either due to delayed flight which was great and much appreciated.

Only negative was trying to call using free code to call from the Airport - does not work from any of the BT Payphones we tried.

1st rate, this is the 2nd time we have used this car park and again have been delighted with the staff and parking arrangements. The bus was waiting for us both going and coming back from our holiday. Will definately use Park Safe again.

Unfortunately, we were the victims of the Iceland volcano and our holiday was cancelled by Thomas Cook. I have already contacted Parksafe and was advised that although no refunds were allowed, if I managed to book another holday this year (2010) then I should phone and quote the reference number provided for the April booking and I would only be charged the difference. I took this to be a very generous offer under the circumstances. We will try to book up later in the year and hope that this agreement will be honoured. The lady I spoke to at the time could not have been more helpful.
