Dropping off and collecting car went smoothly, although directions to drop off point could have been clearer.
No waiting around at T5, good value for money, I would recommend this service.

Recieved a call when I was 30 mins away to check on time and on return when I was collecting bags. So very good levels of contact. Swift pick up and return of car and very polite service. Would use again

I have used a number of meet and greet firms in the past and they have all had the same shortfall - They are never there when you arrive and take an age to return for the car return. Park and Go are superb in this respect. Ready when I arrived and on time for my return..and all that for a great price. I will definitely be using again and would recommend to others

We booked this via a web based search and after reading several recommendations decided to give it a try. They were absolutely BRILLIANT!! The car was collected within 10 minutes of arriving at the parking section in terminal5 and even quicker for delivering it back to the same location on our return. No marks inside or out and the drivers were really friendly, you don't even have to stump up the £2.50 drop-off/pick-up charge, it's all included in the price. If I see Park & Go parking at any UK airport I'd definitely use them again, 10 out of 10. If there was one improvement it’s the directions which seemed a little vague but we rang the contact number and were given easy to follow instructions right to the parking bay area/level.
