All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to the Happy Days Car Park which is a fully secure and insured compound, where your car will remain until your return.

Transfers to not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure for Happy Days - Meet and Greet
On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, when you reach the Terminal a driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you.
When you get back to Heathrow Airport
On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal a driver will meet you with your car.
How to get to Happy Days - Meet and Greet
One of our friendly drivers will collect your car from the designated terminal at the specified meeting time and drive it to Happy Days parking where it will remain until you return.
Once you have landed, collected your luggage and cleared customs, call on the number provided to you and your car will be returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes.

The only difficulty I had was on arrival outside T4 there is limited waiting space and the driver had some difficulty in finding me - it seemed it was because his mobile phone was not operating very well

This is the second time I've used this service. I was a little dissappointed in the delay between making contact and both the pick up and delivery. In this instance it was no quicker than parking in long term parking and catching the bus to and from the terminal. This experience will make me consider my options more carefully for my next trip.
