Very easy to get in and out when we found right car park. Went into first park which was for business. Could direct to second park along that road. Everything else was fine and will use again.

The service is exactly as stated. Sat Nav works well and the route from the M25 is painless. It would be heplful if users were notified of the requirement to seek Bus Stop 22 on return as the signs are not completely clear. I would recommend this service. Regards, KC Jones

Car park fine but on exit my prepaid ticket was not working & I had to park, visit the office & get the exit ticket manually.

Absolutely no problems. Plenty of spaces so quick and easy to park on arrival. Frequency of transit buses ok. Reg plate recognition worked perfectly. Hassle free. Would definately use again.

I can say that I experienced no problems with the car park or booking process. T5 car parks are easy to find and the number plate recognition works - my experience at T3 has been just the opposite.

The rating would have been higher had it not been for not being able to leave straight away as the system said I owed £48 more but the guy at reception sorted it out but not funning after getting of an early flight

Everything went smoothly till we tried to exit the car park after a long flight.The ticket stated, to insert at exit barrier which we did.An amount of £270 owing was displayed.I had paid upfront.I went to Customer services and the gentleman updated my ticket and it worked by letting us out of the exit barriers.Lots of people seem to have this problem.Will use again and is recommended.
