• Location: This service operates from the departures area outside Terminals 1 - 5, but your car is stored away from the airport.
• Security Measures: All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure and insured compound, where your car will remain until your return. The car park is equipped with CCTV and security fencing, and is manned 24 hours a day. The car park is also a Park Mark Safer Parking award holder.
• Transfers: Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
• Arrival Procedure: On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, when you reach the Terminal our driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you. Each terminal has a different meeting points, full details of the meeting points can be found in the directions below.
• Return Procedure: On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal our driver will meet you with your car.
• Directions: From all major roads follow signs for Heathrow Airport, then follow signs for the your terminal. Then you must follow the instructions below to reach the desginated drop off point for each terminal.
  
  Terminal 1:
  
  Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 1 Departures.
  
  This will take you up a ramp which takes you up to the departure level.
  
  Keep in the left hand lane until you drop down to the lower deck of departures which then opens out into 4 set down lanes to which you can park up.
  
  Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of their AAP ID card.
  
  They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return.
  
  Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight and upon your return we will monitor your flight. Once your flight has landed we will then dispatch your vehicle so that when you walk out of the Terminal building your vehicle will be there waiting for you. It's as simple as that.
  
  Terminal 2:
  
  Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 2 Departures.
  
  As you approach the terminal keep to your right which will put you in the furthest lane away from the Terminal.
  
  There is only one set down lane at terminal 2, find a place to park up along the set down lane.
  
  Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of their AAP ID card.
  
  They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return.
  
  Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight and upon your return we will monitor your flight. Once your flight has landed we will then dispatch your vehicle so that when you walk out of the Terminal building your vehicle will be there waiting for you. It's as simple as that.
  
  Terminal 3:
  
  Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures.
  
  As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and keep to the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up.

  Terminal 4:
  
  Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departures, as you approach the Terminal take the ramp up to the Departure level.
  
  There are 3 lanes stay in the third lane which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up.
  
  Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of their AAP ID card.
  
  They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return.
  
  Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight and upon your return we will monitor your flight. Once your flight has landed we will then dispatch your vehicle so that when you walk out of the Terminal building your vehicle will be there waiting for you. It's as simple as that.
  
  Please note that Terminal 4 is located on the Southern Perimeter road and not located in the centre area, unlike Terminals 1,2 & 3.
  
  Terminal 5:
  
  As you approach the departures up the ramp enter the car park to the right. Keep to the left take a ticket enter the barrier keep the ticket and pass this to the driver. Then follow the signs to meet and greet fast track to level 4. When you return make your way to the car park level 4.
  
  Terminal 5 is located on the Eastern Perimeter road not located in the central area, unlike Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
