No phone call (as promised on your confirmation) 20-30 minutes before my arrival at Heathrow; when I phoned, I was told that you were "just going to call me" - the same thing you had told the Customer standing next to me. You were also late in arriving.
Coming back was much better; quick and efficient.

Excellent service - the company called us en-route to see what time we were arriving at the airport. Call made when we arrived back and car was there waiting for us. Also a very good valet service. Would definitly use again. 5 star

As promised the company called 20 minutes before hand. I was stuck on the M25 and they understood. They were there waiting for me when I arrived at the terminal to drop my car off, even though I was nearly an hour late.
On the way back I called at baggage collection as advised and I was told they would be 10 - 12 mins and they were.
The car was clean outside and looked pretty good on the inside too.
I would use this company again as it is easy and stress free.
